Its becoming apparent that everyone we meet is either "bored" or Depressed" well guess what its the way of the world, the only thing that is going to change is what you do to help it change, i mean we cant simply sit back and watch other people change for if everybody did that then where would we be, it only takes one simple thought process to change the destiny of mankind so bring out your intellectual thinking caps, remember that zest for life you had as a child for that hasnt gone anywhere, it has simply been masked by the so called "lifes problems" just know that you're not the only person going through what ever it is you are, there are millions going starving as we feast on whatever this evening, there are millions going cold this evening whilst we sleep in our warms beds, just because we have what seems to be "problems" just remember there is always someone less fortunate than that of yourself so give a thought to them!

its time to wake up and realise where we as mankind are going in life because personally i believe that the fights we have between ourselves are "masks" which we adone to hide our fear of thier being someone out there "better" than us, when in actual fact its not about being better than the next person, anything one person can do another can do the same, its simply a frame of mind that allows us to do so...

time is running out for this generation, dont let the next generation have to go through the same things we do, let us simply change one thing a day because its the small changes that add up to a big change!

there is the possibility of controlling your dreams to a certain extent, i.e listening to a certain type of music whilst you sleep, staring into one of the corners of your eyes will have a considerable amount of change on your dream, the heat levels in your house also could change your dream, there is also uncomfortable dreaming which is achieved by eating to much and then going to sleep........to be continued "waiting upon further information through personal experience"....Another thing that i found is repetetive dreaming its the most annoying thing in the world if you look at it from a perception as i do in which case dreams are messages then why would i be given the same message over and over and over i mean c'mon dream me a picturesque countryside with a million trees or something lol anyhoo hit you all up soon.
