I'm 45, 6'4" slender build.

I love long walks, the outdoors, Music of all kinds, and taking care of myself in all aspects.

I was born in Chicago, and grew up in Minnesota.

I lived in Boston, Kansas City, Southern California, Northern California, and Denver, where I live now.

I like people, helping people, health, wellness and fitness. I want to live life in the best of health to its fullest I work each day to become a better person and leader.

I spend a lot of time working with people to achieve the best life has to offer.

It is so great to have friends who have the same goals.
