I don't go to the gym, although I have in the past. I like to keep fit and healthy but doing it in the above ways. I would rather drink a beer with some friends than spend my free time in the gym. I don't have a six-pack, although I probably can do just as many (if not more) crunches, push-ups and/or chin-ups as you.
I am an Episcopalian, but practice some pagan / Wiccan practices and beliefs.
I am an ex-gymnastics coach. I coached boys and girls class level and team as well as Cheernastics. I mostly taught boys classes from Preschool to Team .
